Very Happy Chappy here

BWWWWWAHAHA- Oh my Gosh, I've been complaining for months that I am battling with being out here on the "farm" "alone".. not seeing anyone and missing my family really badly!. Well I have been spoilt rotten since the end of June by having a full house every weekend or being away visiting.

Nathan is here this weekend too( WOOOP!) and this morning is the first time I have 10 minutes to myself as the boys have gone to play golf... I was included and would have been playing too but I somehow sprained my wrist on Friday ( and to be honest I don't know how I did it! BWHAHAHAHA) It's swollen and sore and any pressure on it shoots pain into my arm and hand.. damn, I was sooo looking forward to playing with them today. I even went out and bought new golf shoes yesterday hoping that I would be ok this morning.. well as you can see you have me blabbering on my blog today instead - the re-match game will just have to wait until the end of September... lol.

Last weekend I had my dear friend Loryn down from Cape Town.. phew, that landed up being a "early hour Sat night braai"-- followed by a good headache lazy Sunday- BWHAHAHA.

As you all know we also went to visit my sister Gaye (GS Creations) in Dullstroom for her birthday -

We stayed in the cottage next to Gaye's house and of course little Miss C makes sis bring her over early in the morning to see us.. ( tooo cute and we can't wait for her to get there either- lol)

AHHH- just look how much my little Munchkin has grown!

Wayne had taken his "toy"- the Bike out with us and it was a early Sat morning bike ride out in the mountains for us- Gosh I froze my backside off and this Gaye sent me as she took them when we got back..

Special laced coffee compliments of Ben went down a real treat! lol

Mommy I also want to be like Aunty Kimmy and go for a ride on Uncle Waynies bike ;-)

Wayne took her for a little ride down the driveway and back again- she was sooo thrilled..

Lets keep these old people moving... BWHAHAHA- Wayne had to play "TAG" around the garden

Daddy... Uncle Waynie keeps catching me and I can't catch him...

Well lets see what we can do about that Caden... jump on and here we go..

BWWWAHAHA- well lets just say that Wayne had a really good afternoon sleep while Gaye and I hit the shops. lol

Tee {2} Green + Freebie

WHEEEEEEEEEE- I eventually got my "backside" into gear and produced a kit that I should have done ages ago!
As you all know my whole family ( including me) play Golf! I don't play very well.. my own fault for not playing enough and have been given the nickname of "kill the wildlife Broedelet"- LOL. Yup, my low flying balls off the tee seem to hit Meercats or any other wildlife taking a leisurely stroll over the fairway... OOOPS-lol. I've even managed to "cripple" a man by my ball flying straight into his "soft area" and having to perform first aid on the fairway- *gasp*. That was a VERY embarrassing day to say the least as it was during one of Nathan's school golf days. BWAHAHAHA.
Gosh, Nathan has had golf clubs since the age of 6 (Had his provincial colours for U14 Juniors too ). It was because of his interest in the game that I started to play and went to Bunny Classes with my MIL to learn how to hit that frustrating white ball- lol. I loved it and my coach used to laugh at me saying he would HEAR me on ANY course I played due to my laughing!! ( who said it had to be a quiet game huh? ) The boys and I used to have "friendly weekend competition's" and of course that tradition still goes on.. Every family holiday has the usual "family GOLF competition" included in it. So you can imagine the amount of GOLF photo's I have in folders that needed scrapping....

Happy 94th Birthday "Tata Madiba"

ARRRK, I know, I know.. I've been seriously non existent on this blog this month.. but with being away with the family and then again last weekend to visit my dear sister Gaye ( GS Creations) for her Bday on the 14th.. a ton of "have too's" for some great surprises and happenings in August ( stay tuned!!).. the time has just sort of slipped through my fingers this month.

I've been having a blast creating a kit ( eventually- lol) that I wanted for all our family photo's and outings.. gosh, don't know why I took so long to do this one- BWHAHAHA:

I won't be able to do any community service where I am right now but I will be donating to the Nelson Mandela Childrens Fund R10 for every minute asked.
