Happy Easter and a Fresh Start

Gosh I so hope this is going to work.. . Leaving to go on holiday for the Easter Weekend without a stable internet connection has left me doing a few "scheduled posts" that I hope won't have dear "Mr Murphy" running all over them- BWAHAHAH. At the moment I have full signal- WOOHOOO.. so it's a "now or maybe never" move.

I have had such a blast of a day. The kids arrived in the early hours of this (Thursday) morning to surprise us.. they couldn't wait to get here either. We all only climbed back into bed after 3am after lots of yakking,laughing and teasing. The boys were out at 6am again to start fishing- Yeah I thought they were nuts too- lol.

We all went for a long slow family sight seeing boat ride right up the Bushman's River until it becomes to narrow for boats. I've holidayed here since I was a kid and have never been that far up. It was a stunning balmy autumn day and I even caught a small fish ( a throw back- but hey at least it was a fish- lol). Everyone is feeling the effects of the "fresh air" and sun this evening and all eyes are drooping early… mine are not far behind BWHAHAHAHA. 

And of course today is NEW RELEASE day at ScrapMatters and I am soooooo EXCITED to have a dear friend and fellow designer Jen Reed join our "ranks" at ScrapMatters.  Welcome to the team Jen and you know how excited I am to have you "next to this ol gal" again ;-P

Of course this meant WE HAD to work together again to celebrate. As you know Jen and I have two collabs together already.. Eat Cake and Wanted..

4 more sleeps and New CU

WHEEEEEEEEE- 4 more sleeps till I leave to go down to our holiday house at Bushman's River to meet up with my "kids" and family. I am soooo excited, I feel like a kid waiting for my Birthday or Christmas- lol. I haven't seen them since Jan and am really missing them all now badly. Nathan has already been sending the "list" of PLEASE Mom... BWHAHAHAHA.. mostly for bakes and meals he has missed.
It's then off to Port Elizabeth with Nathan and Kristy for another 2 weeks.. (Wayne comes back for work). I'll be sorting out our house (again)..and of course seeing all the friends.. WOOOP.  I will have internet access from home so you WILL hear from me while I am there.. and of course any fun news along the way.
LOTS happening next week Friday, but I can't let the cat out the bag just yet.. biting my tongue ;-P

NEW CU and TGIF

Holey camoley I'm getting old- BWHAHAHAHA. It took me till Wednesday to recover from a good "tequila" party on SAT! Well to be honest, on Sat I was 18 years old again but come Sunday and Monday I think I was around 80! lol. I am soo out of party practise it is scary as we don't have as many "get togethers" up here like we did at home. Wayne calls me a "cheap date" now- BWHAHAHA. So this week has been a rather "go slow brainer" for me. So saying "TGIF" in a big voice here today as this weekend I am doing nothing but playing safely on my PC and watching movies curled up on the couch to relax- hee hee.
